Organizing procurement opportunities and historical award information to support more informed decisions about where to focus.
VETERAN-OWNED · KENTUCKY-BASED
Invictus Supply Solutions is a veteran-owned business in Kentucky exploring practical ways to simplify procurement research and sourcing decisions through software, structured data, and AI-assisted workflows.
01 / OUR FOCUS
A small procurement operation has a lot to connect: opportunities, requirements, suppliers, and quotes. We are developing practical ways to bring that work into focus, starting within our own operations.
Organizing procurement opportunities and historical award information to support more informed decisions about where to focus.
Exploring tools that help identify solicitation requirements, organize supplier research, and surface information that needs closer review.
Developing ways to turn research into clear summaries, draft inquiries, and organized next steps for a person to review.
Current development areas, beginning with internal use.
02 / OUR APPROACH
Software can make information easier to work with. Our approach keeps the source material close and people responsible for the decisions that matter.
Ground research and summaries in source information so the reasoning can be checked.
Build in checks for missing information, inconsistencies, and details that need a closer look.
Sourcing, pricing, and business commitments remain matters of human judgment.
Evaluate improvements through accuracy, review time, and operating cost.
CURRENT DEVELOPMENT
Our groundwork includes a DIBBS data-collection prototype covering daily and historical procurement records. The initial focus is an internal workflow for evaluating opportunities and preparing sourcing decisions.
Next, we are exploring how Claude could support document extraction, summaries grounded in source material, and supplier research. This integration is planned, with important decisions kept under human review.
03 / ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Invictus Supply Solutions LLC was founded by Philip Rabe, a U.S. Air Force veteran based in Verona, Kentucky.
His background spans computer science, software integrations, AI workflows, enterprise delivery, and Lean process improvement. That experience shapes a practical approach: understand the work, reduce unnecessary manual effort, and improve the quality of the decision.
Invictus is in early development, applying that approach to procurement research and workflow automation within its own operations.
